It was precisely on the basis of this principle, reinforced by CUB themselves, that we realized that CUB had a huge advantage over other real estate agencies: the service provided. The highlight was not only the very exclusive selection of properties presented, but above all the detail with which these decisions are made: always with the customer in mind.
In addition to the fact that the owners themselves are the ones who show their faces, which immediately demonstrates confidence in their work, it was undoubtedly when we analyzed the houses that we realized that this would be the most visual way of getting the message across.
While always respecting CUB’s long-term vision and being assertive with the final result of the video, they provided creative freedom that allowed us to take even greater responsibility. This turned out to be a key factor in making it a job we are proud of.
